great amenities but somewhat impersonal service
The spa facilities were excellent, offering a variety of treatments. I enjoyed the gym, which had an impressive selection of machines. The quality of the dinner was top-notch, especially the four-course meal option. Other guests also praised the food, claiming it was a highlight of their stay.
While the amenities impressed me, the service felt somewhat aloof at times.

Perfect for Couples Looking for Relaxation
The spa treatments were fantastic! We indulged in body therapies that melted away our stress, and that peach tea made from scratch? A special touch that elevated our afternoon.
It wasn’t cheap, but it felt justifiable for the experience.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was unforgettable! We especially loved the vintage charm of the former monastery, which created a magical atmosphere for our family time. The outdoor dining experience, surrounded by lush greenery, made our meals truly special.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities on-site.

We had a Superior Double Room, and it was pretty nice overall. The décor was lovely, really fitting for a former monastery vibe, and the room was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable, which made for great sleeps after long days. The amenities like eco-friendly toiletries were a nice touch. However, the maintenance could be better in some areas—like the towel heater didn’t work well. Also, the carpet in the hallways felt a bit dated and had an odd smell. But the room itself was solid for our stay.
